Job Title: Independent Contractor Mail Courier – Lake Mary, FL (Flexible, Part-Time, Use Your Own Vehicle)

Location: Lake Mary, Florida

Job Description:
American RoadRunner Courier Service, Inc. is seeking a punctual and professional Independent Contractor to handle daily mail pickup and delivery between the Lake Mary Post Office and an office location in Lake Mary (total less than 7 miles per day, two short trips).

Compensation:
$20 per full day (typically less than 1 hour of work)

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, flexible 30-minute shifts within 8:00–9:00 AM (morning) and 2:00–3:00 PM (afternoon) windows. Must be available for both shifts.

Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Responsibilities:
  • Morning: Pick up mail at Lake Mary Post Office (opens 8:00 AM) and deliver to office location by 9:00 AM
  • Afternoon: Pick up outgoing mail from office location (after 2:00 PM) and drop off at Lake Mary Post Office by 3:00 PM
  • Use your own reliable vehicle
  • Maintain confidentiality and safe handling of mail
  • Submit monthly invoices for prompt payment
Requirements:
  • Valid Florida Class E driver’s license with clean driving record (no more than 2 minor violations or 1 accident in past 3 years)
  • Current auto insurance with business-use or delivery endorsement and minimum limits of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury and $50,000 property damage (or $300,000 combined single limit)
  • Reliable, well-maintained vehicle
  • Ability to pass criminal and driving background check (we cover the cost)
  • Age 21+ and legally eligible to work as an independent contractor in the U.S.
  • Able to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
